A small, keen-edged cleaver in a classically modern bistro style, made in France of tumbled high carbon 18/10 stainless steel riveted to elegantly simple straight black nylon handles. Assembled in the workshops of Sabre cutlery of components made to their exacting specification elsewhere in France, Sabre pride themselves on the final crafting and finish of all their cutlery. When washing by hand, we recommend that you do not use abrasive sponges. Dishwasher safe up to 45°C.

Measures 9.5cm (blade length), 22cm overall.
