A soft and comforting woollen hot water bottle for the colder evenings, this is a two litre rubber hot water bottle enclosed in a cover made of 100% pure new wool, woven in Finland from EU spun wool of New Zealand and South American origin. The name 'Saimaannorppa' is Finnish for 'Saimaa Ringed Seal' and takes inspiration from the animal's natural spotted pattern, with the textile designed by Kaarina Tiainen. €2 for every water bottle sold is donated by Lapuan Kankurit — founded and continuously family-owned since 1917 — to support the Finnish Association for Nature Conservation to protect the Saimaa Ringed Seal.

All yarns are spun and dyed in Europe according to REACH regulations and fulfil the ÖKO-TEX certificate.

The hot water bottle measures approximately 33cm length, 21cm width and 8cm height.
