A very solid handheld shaver from Italian maker Eppicotispai located in the Lago Maggiore region — nestled in the footbed of the Alpine mountains. Using 18/10 high specification stainless steel, the serrated blade makes this slicer ideal for creating delicate flakes of rich truffles, but can also be used for creating extra fine chocolate or parmesan shavings which can be adjusted with the wheel attached. Hand wash only. Measures 18.5 x 9 x 2 cm.
