Japanese Porcelain Spoon Rest, White
A small porcelain spoon rest, in a soft natural white, designed by Ogino Katsuhiko and made in Seto City by Ceramic Japan who have been making fine ceramics since 1973. For use at the table and by the hob, this dish can be used for resting a spoon or other cutlery (including chopsticks) at teh table, for resting a cooking spoon, or even for serving dipping sauces or condiments. Finished with a semi-matte glaze that changes color during firing, resulting in a natural white glaze with brown flecks at the edges. Measures 8.5 × 9.8 × 2 cm.
