Crepe Spreader, Beechwood, Italy
£2.00

A T-shaped batter spreader, also known as a “rozell” in Breton — a must-have tool for creating perfectly thin, round crepes. Made from high-quality beech wood, this spreader is lightweight and easy to handle, making it easy to distribute batter evenly, helping you produce thin, consistent crepes every time. To use, pour the crepe batter onto your preheated pan or crepe plate and use the spreader with smooth, circular movements to spread the batter evenly. Between making crepes, keep the spreader in a water tray and remove any batter residue from the flat end to maintain its effectiveness. Wash the spreader with clean water after each use and allow it to dry naturally. Measures 20cm long, and 16cm in width. Made in Italy by Panetta Casalinghi, who have been producing traditional kitchen tools from wood for over 50 years.
