A pair of forged embroidery scissors in a classic stork pattern and with gold-plated neck, body, and handles. It’s believed that the stork design had its origins in the decoration of umbilical clamps modelled thus after the mythological feathered midwife. Italian made for Victorinox, a Swiss company founded in 1884 renowned for their Swiss army knives. Measures 12cm in length, 6cm in width.
