A beech handled brush set with seven rows of tampico fibre harvested from Agave Lechugilla a plant native to the Chihuahuan Desert whose fibres have been used for centuries by the indigenous people for cordage, brooms, and hairbrushes. From the workshops of the Redecker company, who since their founding by Friedrich Redecker in the 1930s have specialised in the production of unusual and high quality brushes, made using traditional techniques and largely natural materials. About 20cm long.
