Approximately 24cm in diameter and 3.5cm in depth, vitreous enamel plates from Ukraine. Available in red or green. Fired in a traditional kiln, which results in slight variations of temperature and therefore colour and nature of finish. All our Ukrainian enamelware is triple coated onto a heavy steel base, is dishwasher safe, does not taint food with novel chemicals or flavours, and should you wish is suitable for use on all standard hobs. Choice of colours, one supplied.
