An unexpectedly but pleasingly heavy brass pen case from a small and well established metal pressing workshop located in downtown Tokyo. Left raw, that is without any chrome or nickel plating, without powder coating or lacquers of any kind, the brass will quickly lose its lustre, developing a patina of finger prints, stains, and oxidation - an index of handling and use that evolves and deepens with the slow passage of time. Approximately 17cm x 5cm x 2cm.
