Blue steel French Blini pan
A Blue steel, traditional French professional style blini pan, suited to any power of heat. Fantastic for cooking blinis and drop scones, or toasting spices and seeds — also wonderful for making dipping sauces like garlic butter! Properly prepared this will increasingly outperform any non stick pan, will last a life time, and actually improve with age. Will blacken as the steel bonds with layers of oil and carbon, forming what amounts to a natural non stick coating.
