A traditional French professional style blini pan made from thick blue steel, great for even heat distribution and suited to any heat source, including induction. Fantastic for cooking blinis and drop scones, or toasting spices and seeds — also wonderful for making dipping sauces like garlic butter! Properly prepared this will increasingly outperform any non stick pan, will last a life time, and actually improve with age. Will blacken as the steel bonds with layers of oil and carbon, forming what amounts to a natural non stick coating.  Diameter 12cm.
