Used by bakers and pastry chefs for cutting dough and delicate adornment work. Lightweight and compact, this knife is great for keeping folded in an apron pocket, and ready to be deployed when needed. The Baker's Knife dates back to very early Victorinox company products. Measures 90.25mm when folded, and weighs just over 18g.
