A useful brush made from a single piece of bamboo, cut and shaped to form a stiff little brush with fine teeth, perfect for scraping ginger,  garlic or nutmeg which has been grated to a fine paste using an oroshiki grater into a bowl. Pair with the Aluminium Double-Sided Oroshiki or Sharkskin & Hinoki Oroshiki. Hand wash and dry directly after use.
