A traditional undyed Welsh tapestry blanket, or carthen, woven to an old Carmarthen pattern, using skills and techniques that go back over 100 years, in a mill dating back to the 1880's, one of the few surviving of the once flourishing Welsh spinning and weaving industry. Double sided to suit mood or colour scheme - one having a creamy white pattern on a dove grey ground, the other the reverse. In 3 sizes; single measuring 75" x 102", or 185cm x 255cm; double 90" x 102", or 225cm x 255cm; and king at 104" x 102", or 260cm x 255cm.
